High Knees

  • Begin on doubles sideline
  • Attempt to bring your knee to your chest while moving forward to the opposite doubles sideline and back

 

Karaoke

  • Begin on doubles sideline facing the net
  • Move towards the opposite doubles sideline by quickly crossing one leg over the other back and forth

 

Butt Kicks

  • Begin on doubles sideline

  • Attempt to kick your butt while slowly running to the opposite doubles sideline and back

 

Hip Rotations

  • Begin on doubles sideline
  • Step with left foot and bring right leg up and out to the right to form two 90 degree angles with your leg
  • Rotate your right leg be in front of your body and step down
  • Repeat with left leg and continue to opposite doubles sideline
  • Going back, do the same motion but move backwards, rotating your leg back wards and taking a step behind you

  • Begin on doubles sideline
  • Put arms straight out in front of you, parallel with the ground
  • Step with left foot and attempt to touch your right foot to your hands while keeping your right leg completely straight
  • Repeat with left leg and continue to opposite doubles sideline

 

Side Squats

  • Begin on doubles sideline facing the net
  • Take side step with right foot for feet to be positioned shoulders length apart
  • Bend both knees to squat position
  • Straighten legs, pivot on right foot and swing left foot around so your back is facing the net and repeat the squat formation
  • Continue to opposite doubles sideline
